• Technical Data: Browser type, IP address (for security purposes only), and session logs.

• To provide and maintain the Service.

• To manage your subscription, credits, and billing.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a Supabase project. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. AI Processing

When you use AI comment generation, your input text is sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) for processing. The AI provider may temporarily process your data but does not retain it for training purposes beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your Rights

• Access: You can view your data at any time through your account dashboard.
• Export: You can export your comment library as a CSV file.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.
• Correction: You can update your profile information through your account settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law to retain certain records.
