• You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service.
• Credits are consumed when generating comments or exporting from your library.
• Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing or plans with reasonable notice.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AI Comment Assistant. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service.
